Australian Aged Care Provider Overhauls Talent Management

Aurrum Aged Care is changing the way it recruits and is banking on PageUp to modernize its talent management approach.

The aged care provider will use PageUp’s Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Performance Management solutions to overhaul its current platform by making it more configurable and agile.

Aurrum Aged Care is one of Australia’s leading residential aged care providers. It has a portfolio of nearly 1,000 operational and development places in Victoria and New South Wales.
